I figured out why Jason was having problems. His was build 643. That build downloaded the xo fies in the main activity file and not under the user olpc. Hence I have to do a wget from the user olpc and do a sugar-install-bundle. Then with a reboot, it works. This can be an easy fix for earlier builds(I think). However, we need to fix the multiple icon problem.
